Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal, travel, and booking information.

Any special requests, including room preferences, dietary requirements, or activity preferences, should be communicated before arrival. We will always try to accommodate requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.

Prices displayed on our website or communicated during the booking process may vary depending on room type, occupancy, season, promotions, and selected services.

The final amount applicable to your reservation will be stated in your booking confirmation.

Promotional or discounted offers may be available only during specified periods and may be subject to additional conditions.

Cancellation and modification conditions may vary depending on the accommodation, Surf Week offer, promotion, or service booked.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, fees, refund conditions, or modification rules will be communicated as part of the reservation process or booking confirmation.

Guests should notify Surf&Sound as early as possible if they need to cancel or modify a reservation.

Failure to arrive without prior notice may be treated as a no-show and may result in the loss of amounts already associated with the booking.

Surfing, yoga, excursions, wellness activities, and other experiences may depend on weather, ocean conditions, instructor availability, safety considerations, and local circumstances.

Surf&Sound reserves the right to adjust the timing, location, instructor, activity, or schedule when reasonably necessary.

When an activity cannot safely take place, we may provide an alternative schedule or experience where possible.

Specific waves, surf conditions, or weather conditions cannot be guaranteed.

Guests participating in surf lessons or using surf equipment must follow the instructions provided by Surf&Sound staff and instructors.

Guests are expected to use equipment responsibly and to inform our team of any damage or problem as soon as possible.

Surfing takes place in a natural ocean environment and involves inherent risks. Guests should participate according to their experience, physical ability, and the guidance of the instructor.

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in the activities they choose.

Any medical condition, injury, allergy, or other relevant health consideration that could affect participation should be communicated to the appropriate instructor or team member before taking part.

Guests participating in surfing and related activities are expected to have suitable international travel insurance covering the activities included in their trip.

Surf&Sound does not provide personal medical or travel insurance for guests.

In an emergency, Surf&Sound may assist in obtaining appropriate help, but any related medical, transportation, or third-party costs remain the responsibility of the guest or their insurer.

Guests are expected to respect the accommodation, its facilities, other guests, staff members, and the local community.

Any intentional or negligent damage caused to rooms, equipment, furniture, or other property may result in the guest being responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs.

Guests must comply with any property rules communicated during their stay.

Surf&Sound aims to provide a welcoming, respectful, and community-focused environment.

Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, dangerous, or seriously disruptive behaviour toward staff, other guests, instructors, or members of the local community will not be accepted.

In serious situations, Surf&Sound may require a guest to leave the property or discontinue participation in an activity.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay and while participating in activities.

Surf&Sound cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should take reasonable precautions with passports, electronics, valuables, surf equipment, and other personal property.

Certain experiences may involve transportation, excursions, restaurants, instructors, activity providers, or other services operated by independent third parties.

Where third-party services are involved, their own terms, availability, operating conditions, and policies may also apply.

Surf&Sound is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control relating to independently operated services.

Occasionally, changes or cancellations may become necessary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, unsafe ocean conditions, natural events, transportation disruption, governmental restrictions, utility interruptions, local emergencies, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, Surf&Sound will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or updated arrangements.

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

However, photographs, descriptions, schedules, prices, availability, and other website content may occasionally change.

Images shown on the website are intended to represent the Surf&Sound experience but exact room arrangements, weather, scenery, surf conditions, or activity schedules may differ during a guest's stay.

Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, and design elements belongs to Surf&Sound or is used with appropriate permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission.

Personal information submitted through our website, inquiry forms, or booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
